This is a great place to live. I have been here for nearly six years now, and I love it. Shelby and Janice are awesome so helpful I quickly felt at home when I moved here. Maintenance is the best! I love the pool and fitness center. It's a great community and very safe. I can't think of another place to be.

The Edge of Germantown was a great first experience for me and my husband. We lived there our first year of marriage. First off, the area is great. You're at the tip of East Memphis close enough to enjoy all the great stuff like Salsa's and One and Only, but also close enough to Germantown to enjoy Trader Joe's and Five Below. I never felt unsafe. The alarm system was great, but we honestly never needed it. Coming home at night alone as a female, I always felt completely comfortable. The managers keep people in line. They will make sure everyone follows the rules. No crazy loud parties or anything of that nature. This place is great for the quiet homebody that likes to feel like they have their own home (without actually owning one). Their occasional parties with free food and games are a blast, and they always go above and beyond via email or call if you need them. Safe, cozy, all the good things. I would go as far as to say the best complex in Memphis. We only moved out because we bought a home. Worth every penny!

I seriously couldn't be happier with The Edge of Germantown. The grounds are safe and well-maintained, the apartments are clean and quiet, the staff is friendly and attentive... I could keep going. These apartments are a little pricier than others in the area, but my opinion on apartments is you get what you pay for and it's definitely worth the extra few bucks a month. I've been living here since August 2016 and have had zero problems or complaints.

As I rated, parking lots and landscape are perfect and staffs are very helpful. I contacted with Shelby and Sue. They are very nice. For noise and construction, after I moved in for two months, I had to replace many things, but the maintenance is good. It seems that the wall is thin, however, the community is very quiet and nice.

I could go on for days about the things I love about living here. I love the convient location, the upkeep of the property both in the units and with the landscaping, being able to handle everything from paying rent to submitting a maintenance request which they have ALWAYS handled expeditiously or asking someone in the office a question via the residents section of the website which is also mobile friendly . There is plenty of parking close to each of the buildings.
